Success Formula Update

Hi there Julian here, I've got a small cup of coffee and my glasses on, I'm updating you on things really important things. I just want to update you on what is going on because the last couple of years have been full on and my whole purpose is to bring you the truth about e-commerce. And I have gone through a lot the last few years to learn all of this. So I have rededicated my life the last couple years to this and what I've done is I've made I think eight videos for you not just to update you on what I'm doing but also to give you the steps, the phases of what you need to go through to get this business setup properly, and I emphasise the word properly.

There is a lot of stuff out there right now, gimmicky fads where you just pay a few thousand dollars or anywhere from $1500-$5000 depending on who you're dealing with and a few clicks and everything is setup. It's just complete nonsense and there is a lot of reasons why it is complete nonsense and the main reasons is you are just turfing out the same stuff as everyone else. If you're doing the same thing as everyone else at the same time in the same way you're missing out on a lot of money and potentially you're not going to make any money at all, and none of us want that.

So a few years ago I had a situation where I was doing really well on Amazon, when all of a sudden one of our accounts was suspended and then terminated. Fortunately we had four or five accounts going so we were lucky in that respect and we had reserves. If you don't have reserves you're in major trouble, that whole model of private labelling first and being on a third platform first, there is pros and cons but there are a lot of cons. And I think most of us are not told about the cons, and I just want to give you a thorough framework so that you know exactly what you've got to do, whether you work with me or not is another thing altogether.

I've been working on Ecommpreneur for 2 1/2 to 3 years, and if someone like me with 15 years’ experience is going to take 2 1/2 to 3 years to really put together a system that I know can deliver and give you intrinsic value from day one of launch, something that's unique and robust for you and it's something that you can really be proud of. You can develop your own brand and self fund your private labelling manufacturing later on. But be in a niche you really want to be in and almost create a movement, it's not about just selling a product, you've got to get this out of your head that it's the hot product, set up Shopify and run Facebook ads. That is just rubbish in my opinion. Can it work, yes I know it can work but is it fulfilling, not for me and I don't want to do that.

So this series and being on my list I would hope that you're someone who is not looking for a quick fix, you're prepared to do a bit of work, I will do 99.9% of if you come and work with me. I will work with you for the entire year next year for 2018. There is going to be 40 people in the group I'm looking for 20, no more. So I'm just being upfront with you about that, that's what I need to do to be able to get case studies, to get data to have some fun, have a social life even because I just work all the time trying to work all of this rubbish out. It's going to help me hone my skills, it's going to help me attract better quality speakers and people that I can take my business to the next level and the same for you.

So it's very very different to what else is out there, it's very unique because we're going to help pick you up and pull you through to the next levels to get your business to over $30,000 a month net profit. That's the ideal, that's the goal. Can I guarantee that you will do that 100%, well no but I can guaranteed that I will work with you to get you as close to that and beyond it. And I can absolutely guarantee you that by the time we have fleshed out your entire network and your e-commerce empire the way that it's supposed to be structured properly it will be worth at least three of times what you pay me if you go down that path.

These next seven or eight videos can teach you everything you need to know in chronological order of what you have got to do. So don't feel like this is trying to flog you something, it's a very special group, we're family, you are very special people who come into this group and it's only by application, and I don't mean that to be arrogant. It's just that I want to work with people I want to work with who fit the right mindset and the right mould. And if I say no to you it's because I'm doing the right thing by you and I just want to make that very very clear from the outset.

So these next few videos are going to be really short, I've made these longer videos that go into a little bit more depth about my story and about what I think and why it's come to what it's come to right now. So I would encourage you to watch these short once at least. There will be about seven of them and I will be talking about the three core compartments or levels of this business when you're setting it up, it's all about the setup. So this Ecom business builder system is what we call it is quite complex, it's advanced stuff but a beginner can do it because we do it for you. 

So you're building an 8 figure platform in 90 days you can do this. And it's not Shopify, I'm not making all my money from Shopify commissions and affiliate commissions, that's not what this is about. I know there are a lot of guys out there who make out like they are being so fantastic for everybody, and yet they're really doing it to make the commissions on the backend. There is nothing wrong with that, I'm not saying that's wrong or bad or anything, it's just where is the money really coming from. It's a great strategy if you want to do that I'm not knocking it, but that's not what I'm about with this.

This is like putting up a seven or eight figure business platform, that's what I want to do, I just want to belt out store after store and it's more of a network than a store. And it's not just a physical product it's looking after your niche. Physical products alone don't look after your niche, information products, digital products, physical products, different types of things like virtual summits and coaching and consulting, that look after your niche. That's what I believe you need to build in order to create a diversified business, and one that is truly sustainable, I'm not going to get pushed over by algorithm changes or a Chinese manufacturer coming in and knocking you on the head.

Okay that is enough for now, what's the next seven or so short videos, I will try and keep them to 5 minutes in length, not 15-20 minutes.
